3. Ten shares E-change bank stock.
4. $9,000 for the sale of shares of "W. H. McConnell Company."
5. $700 and upwards accounts receivable in that company.
From rents of above, pay for the maintenance and education of my son John Joyce McConnell.
To brother James, $250 annually to him for his family.
When my son reaches 21 years of age, all property should be transferred to my son.
A gift to my sister Ann McConnell.
Executors: Joseph and Francis McConnell
Witnesses: G. T. Rupell and Samuel Lindsay.
