[34137] Bonnie Jeanette Brown was born 5-11-1917 at Havelock, Nebraska. She attended
schools in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln High School. She graduated from
the University of Nebraska with a degree in home economics with the financial
assistance of her aunt, Mary Ellen Brown, who was a home economics professor at
the University of Nebraska. In 1939 Bonnie and Arthur Wiechert were married in
Lincoln. They lived on several farms around Lincoln, raising 8 children.
Bonnie was always an excellent seamstress. She and Art were active in 4-H
groups and their children were active participants also winning many trophies
at the state fair.

About 1977, Bonnie had a severe heart attack and died in her sleep.
